Evidence-led product studio

Small digital products around real, repeated problems.

Orynavo studies recurring operational friction, tests whether it matters enough to pay for, and builds only what the evidence supports.

01 / Position

Useful before impressive. Evidence before expansion.

Orynavo is a neutral umbrella for focused digital products designed to solve specific, repeated pains without requiring a large team to operate.

02 / Method

A narrow path from friction to product.

  1. 01

    Observe pain

Look for problems that recur in real workflows—not hypothetical inconveniences or trends in search of a use case.

  2. 02

    Test willingness to pay

Talk to the people living with the problem and test whether solving it creates enough value to justify a purchase.

  3. 03

    Build narrowly

Ship the smallest dependable solution for the validated job, resisting features that dilute the core outcome.

  4. 04

    Automate operations

Design support, delivery, and maintenance to stay owner-light—without pretending software can remove every human decision.

Sentinel

Current research / n8n

When green doesn’t mean useful.

Outcome Sentinel is an early research project exploring how to detect “green-but-useless” n8n workflows: automations that complete successfully at the system level but fail to produce the intended real-world outcome.

Research is focused on whether this failure mode is frequent, painful, and specific enough to support a narrow product.

Scope note: this is discovery work, not a released product. There is no guarantee it will become one—or that any future tool will catch every failure or produce a particular business outcome.

03 / Guardrails

Built to remain honest and useful.

No inflated claims

Research is labelled as research. Products, if launched, will be described by what they demonstrably do.

Narrow by design

Each effort starts with one repeated problem and one accountable outcome—not an ever-expanding platform.

Owner-light, not ownerless

Automation reduces repetitive work while human judgment stays available where responsibility requires it.

A practical place for evidence-led experiments.

Orynavo is led by Nadim Najjar. The work is independent, early-stage, and grounded in direct problem research.
